Watching the webinar reply from yesterday but can't rewind or fast forward, just play or pause.
Is this a problem with my computer or a limitation set by LiveCode?

If you download the file first, I believe it is an .mp4 file, then you can change the playback speed using your preferred video player. If you are using VLC media player then go to Playback > Speed > faster or if you are using QuickTime Player then go to Window > Show A/V controls and the speed setting is at the bottom.
The video file is quite large at almost 100 MB so it does take a while to download, but the quality is excellent so it is worth the wait. I do recommend downloading so that you can adjust the playback speed as necessary.
