Setup Android SDK path

Post by oleung » Thu Feb 07, 2019 2:28 pm

Hi,

I am trying to setup an environment to install Android SDK path in LiveCode but cannot locate the path from the dialog window.

Can some one help? I know it should have been hided by the Mac OS. I am running Mojave with LiveCode 8.1.10.

Thanks.

Oliver

Didn't you have to select a folder for the installation?

Please see attached. I can see it from the Finder window but just not be able to pick from the dialog box in LiveCode window. I think this is a Mac OS design to hide it for user. Would someone know how to override this?

You could try this:
1. Keep the window open (last screenshot)
2. Click "Locate Androind SDK..." in the LC preferences
3. In the "Open" dialog, drag the folder from the window into the open dialog, that shold show that folder.
Know what I mean? We can drag'n'drop also in "open/save" dialogs on MacOS!
