Cannot get LC 8.1.3 to make an Android file

Has anybody else had any problems compiling an APK file with LC 8.1.3?

I attached a simple stack that will not scale properly on my samsung 10.1 tablet, using Android 4.1.

Do you see an error message when you save as standalone application?
