Zoom and Move left/right PDF files on mobile viewer

Can someone point me in the right direction to View, Resize and Move left/right PDF files on a mobile device.
I suspect it has a lot to do with resizeing a rect, but I don't know anything about that kind of thing. I would be great
if the was a lesson or something on using rects.

Any help would be appreciated,
