Minor issues with calculator app (Hour of Code)

Post by nfreed » Tue Jan 06, 2015 10:16 pm

Hello. I'm having some minor issues with the calculator app from the 11th Dec 2014 Hour of Code. I've got the user interface set up neatly and my buttons colored, but for some reason, the LC community edition (7.0 dp1) won't let me pull up the color palette to change either the highlight color for the orange buttons or the border color for all the buttons. When I click on the Color button for either, it flashes briefly, but no color palette comes up. Seems like a bug. Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks,
Nicole

Hi Nicole,

1. welcome to the forum! :D

2. Bookmark this page and always check for the latest stable release, which is 7.01 currently.

DP stands for "Developer Preview" and MAY contain a couple of bugs 8)
I think the color chooser issue was a bug and was fixed in later versions.

Best

Thanks, Klaus! That did the trick. I wish all problems were that simple!
