Can't Run the Course: Initialization Error : mergJSON

When I try to run the course (win64), I get an initialization error which reads:
failed to load external: mergJSON

As far as I'm aware to use mergeJSON you need to have some commercial (i.e.licensed) version of LiveCode.

The LiveCode on the machine, on which I'me trying to run LiveCode University _IS_ licensed/paid-up.

Hello PECB,
For an issue like this, you may want to
contact Lc's support directly, I think they should be able to sort out your problems pretty quickly (keep in mind this is the weekend though).
