Can't save LCU stacks to the disk

This is an issue that's been plaguing me for a while, I can't save any stacks from LCU to my disk, and they don't open in Livecode. I've tried many solutions and been in contact with RunRev, but nothing seems to fix my issue.

How do I fix this error? I'm getting really frustrated.
Also, my specs are as follows:
I've:
- Used Help > Check for Content Updates (Never got an error here)
- Contacted RunRev support
- followed the steps at lcu.byu.edu/help/lcu_faq.lc#Q9
- properly associated *.rev and *.livecode extensions with LCU
How do I fix this error? I'm getting really frustrated.

- LCU: Network status - Online in menu bar and "Content is up to date" when checking for content updates
