I am failing on the install of LiveCode University.
Failure occurs when dmg displays LiveCode University.app and the Applications folder and I attempt to drag the app to the displayed Applications folder icon.
Message:
The alias "Applications" can't be opened because the original outcome can't be found.
Gives me option to "Delete Alias" "Fix Alias" or "OK"
Does not seem to matter what I choose
All suggest I do not have enough privileges to
modify the applications folder.
But I can manually insert files in the Applications folder and I can run other dmg files.

Re: LiveCode University install on Mac
Try just dragging the app directly into your Applications folder. You don't need to use the alias on the dmg.

Re: LiveCode University install on Mac
Sorry for the trouble, sharp. I'll check the alias on the installer dmg before the next release.
Thanks for helping out, Jacque.
