Historical "Find" in the SE.

Post by dunbarx » Tue Jan 23, 2018 7:48 pm

Anyone think that the arrow keys, which do such a nice job in the msg box to cycle through recent instances of text, would also be useful in the "find" feature in the SE?

I am often searching through a handful of different variables, and when I want to change to another of them, I have to retype.

Actually, a pullDown of the most recent ten would be even better.

I'd agree with that statement, even better if it is user selectable, but 10 is a good number to start with.

QCC #20905.

We will see if it gets any traction.
