Input Fields not hiding?

Hi everyone,
I wanted to see if anyone has found a way around the floating input fields currently I have two forms on the same stack. once you complete one form the other appears on top. however, the input fields seem to be on top of all other graphics regardless of how they are placed, or even if they are "hidden" in the project browser. they do not show up while i'm building the app, but ever present when i push to the iPhone emulator.
Is there way to have one group appear on top of the others? This is just a quick, and simple pop up question.
