I've not worked on any Android apps and I'm getting ready to start one with LiveCode 8.0.2. The phone I planned to test with has Android version 5.1 on it, but LiveCode doesn't recognize it. Everything works fine with Android version 4.4.
Is it possible Android 5.1 is not supported by LiveCode?

JHarris

Re: Android 5.1
I don't have a device with me running v5.1, but my phone is running Android 6 and my LC apps run well on it.
Do you have the v5.1 components installed in your Android SDK?

Re: Android 5.1
I double checked and I have from 6.0 to 4.0 installed. If your apps are working on 6.0, then it has to be a configuration problem.
Thanks Richard

Finally got a few minutes to look at this again and was able to get USB debugging to work by selecting the PTP option.
