Retrieving MSISDN

Hi All ,

I have an app that is used internally to register sensitive data through a web service. For an added layer of security we need to determine the MISDN and the IMSI number of the SIM card in the device running the app.
I searched high and low and couldnt find anything except that you can retrieve the MSISDN with mobileAdCreate which creates ads on a mobile through a 3rd party provider.

Any ideas on how I retrieve this ?
