Ok, on Saturday I managed to setup a fresh VM install of Mavericks and record the process of setting up Android Deployment in LiveCode. You will find this video here-

Please note that this video isn't going to win any oscars and I have increased the speed of some of the install sections. There is also no sound
I did come across a slight bug in that the latest Java JDKs (1.7.*.*) do not show correctly in the JDK section of LiveCodes mobile preferences. However, this JDK still links fine and it is only the link text that is missing (if no JDK was found, the words "none" would show)
