An idiot question - I have an existing LC 4.6.4 installation. I just bought the Android deployment add-on package. The download for that is LC 4.6.3. Does that mean I need to revert to 4.6.3, or can I just relicense my LC 4.6.4? The later version appeared to make an ADK file (but I can't test beyond that as I am also debugging an issue with my Android virtual device paths).

The 4.6.4 version works fine and in fact has some improvements, so you should use that. Re-license.
