Re: Meeting: April 3, Pasadena
At each of our meetings we like to ask that folks bring something, even if it's just a question.
If you're bringing a presentation of any kind, it may be good to note it here in the thread for the meeting so others can look forward to it. I'll start by describing what I'm bringing to the April 3 meeting:
I'll bring a brief tutorial on setting up shared SSH keys between your client and server systems so you can securely copy files and use other shell commands within LiveCode.
If you want to try this out on your own before the meeting, I've found this page very helpful:
https://www.digitalocean.com/community/ ... sh-keys--2
Time permitting I also have some other goodies to share if there's interest, including ways to use LiveCode as a front-end to the Unix rsync command for making backup utilities, a strange new tool I'm working on called LiveHive, and possibly more as interest and patience warrants.
What are you bringing to next week's meeting?

Re: Meeting: April 3, Pasadena
Nick Pulido and I will attend. We will share our experience in developing LiveCloud. Equally fun will be some discussion about some cool things we have learned about LiveCode while working on this project.
We are bringing some schwag for everyone that shows up.
