[OT] Ubuntu Hour/Linux User Group, Thurs. April 11

Post by FourthWorld » Tue Apr 09, 2013 8:19 pm

On the second Thursday of each month, anyone interested in Linux is invited to attend these two back-to-back events:

6PM: Ubuntu Hour
Peet's Coffee, S. Lake and California Ave
http://loco.ubuntu.com/events/ubuntu-ca ... untu-hour/

A group of about five to ten of us who enjoy Ubuntu meet at Peet's Coffee to discuss the latest Ubuntu news, apps, and help each other with troubleshooting, finding tools, etc. Good conversation, and good coffee and deserts as well.

Then we go a couple blocks east to CalTech for:

7PM: San Gabriel Valley Linux User Group
Downs Physics building, Room 107, Caltech

This month's presentation is "The Internet-in-a-Box Project"
