Gmail warning about forum digest

Check this screenshot. Does anyone received this warning from Gmail
about today's forum digest?

Yes, I get similar messages from Gmail regarding various forums and newsgroups. Even though I have been on this and other forums and newsgroups for years, sometimes the messages even wind up getting quarantined.
