Boilerplate agreements

Post by pink » Wed Jul 15, 2015 12:41 pm

can anyone recommend a source for finding templates for agreements for contract programming?

one type of agreement I am looking for in particular (don't know what to call it) would be something that would specify that any materials provided to me (I'm the contractor) would only be used for development purposes and not shared or made public

You are looking for a NDA (non-disclosure agreement). See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-disclosure_agreement
Many good software had it, but usually it makes software a dead end, because nobody can legally touch/use it.
I used some software with NDA, now are they all dead.
