Could I get some support please?
I bought a Indie subscription in 26 Jul 2014 for whatever fundraiser was going on at that time (think it was the HTML 5). Then on 17 Jan 2015 I bought another Indy Subscription for the fund raiser that was going on at that time. The fine print said that prior Indy Subscriptions would be merged. I have reminded support of this on multiple occasions, but they still haven't fixed this issue. My latest emails (13 days ago) haven't received a response. Is anyone else having this issue? Are the lights on, but no one is home?

Re: Could I get some support please?
It turns out that on this user-to-user forum none of the users here can assist with your account. Most support emails are answered quickly, so I'm not sure what happened there.
I may be able to help if you can tell me which address you wrote to at the company to correct this account issue?
Also, have you double-checked your spam bin for possible capture there?

FourthWorld -
I'm not sure why software companies don't interact on their forums now. Taking a page from Apple I suppose. Anyhow, I am email support (at) runrev (dot) com . The 1st reply I got from Neil Roger on Jan 27 was:
Dear bigmusic,
Thank you for your request.
Yes, this won't be a problem. I have put the request in with our accounts team.
Please allow a few days for this change to appear in your account.
Kind Regards,
Neil Roger
and then on Feb 3rd:
Dear bigmusic,
Thank you for your request. You are still on the list to be merged, we have not
forgotten you. It will update in the next few days. Apologies for the delay, we
have quite a backlog of these to catch up on.
Regards,
Heather

First, be sure to add "livecode.com" to your spam filter's white list.
I've sent an email to a contact there, so hopefully you should hear back after the weekend.

Thanks FourthWorld - I've checked my spam folder and added the domain to my whitelist, so I am good to go there. I appreciate your help!

Re: Could I get some support please?
I'm happy to lend a hand where I can. I imagine such a wait is indeed frustrating.
I don't work for the company, just a volunteer moderator, so I'm limited in how I can help, but I've known many members of the team for more than a decade, and they're super-responsible people and normally very quick to reply to emails. It's unfortunate that yours fell through the cracks, but let's keep our fingers crossed for a good resolution next week.
