Next release (DP, Beta, RC, GM) of LiveCode 8.0

Not quite off-topic, but didn't quite seem to fit the other subforms...

We've seen several releases of 7.X and 6.7.X since 8.0DP2, yet I've not seen much information on the next release of of 8.0. I'm a bit anxious to see the next release of 8.0 and all of the improvements it will bring, esp with LCB and widgets. Has there been any mention or hint when the next release of 8.0 will be made available?

Personally, I quite like the silence.

Silence should mean that the guid fowk i Embra are warken awa unco hard.

Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta releases every five minutes smacks of insecurity.

I would not doubt the folk in Edinburgh are beavering away, and, in due course, we should
see the new, shiny model in all its glory bar a few spots of dust that need buffing up with
a chamois leather.
