On-Rev server hosting (Solved)

i have choose the On-Rev hosting to start testing my new app..
After 2 days i see there is NO support from On-Rev about hosting.
I don't want to post more about this ,just a need a answer if the support exist and how many days need to resolve a simple problem..

Hi Vedus,

Our server team aims for a 2 to 3 business day response time on any requests received so you should have a response soon. I also see that you have a raised an urgent support ticket with the team. This will be investigated as a priority with a response being sent after any investigations into your request have occurred.

after a call all is working ok.
Now i know i need 2-3 days to response. ;)

Its a bit sad to see that poor support is still an issue. I had to cancel my on rev account for the same reason (and the fact the the advertised console app doesn't work). 2-3 days for support at ANY host is just unheard of. Almost any serious host measures support in terms of hours not days. That the aim is 2-3 days is just ridiculous.

I'm sorry to hear of the support issues you have experienced in the past with on-rev. I should mention that the 2-3 day response is worst case scenario and is for general enquiries, but depending on support volumes, we do try our hardest to reply on the same day.

If you were to experience a critical issue your on-rev hosting service, this is when you would raise a critical support ticket. These tickets are investigated as a priority with a response/resolution within hours. This type of ticket can be raised via the on-rev contact form here-

Nope...critical support had not rectified the problem after a business day which is why I demanded a refund. 2-3 days for ANY request at any host is just TOTALLY ridiculous in today's hosting world even charging half the amount you do.
