instead of giving you the exact URL, here's the page that links to it (this is a more memorable URL):

http://www.runrev.com/support/quality-control-center/

Runrev are still using bugzilla, but I guess "quality control center" sounds better. In a way I'm in a agreement with that - I prefer to refer to 'defects' rather than 'bugs', as it reminds one of the user's point of view and makes one realise the seriousness of bugs!

yah, appearance is everything (including how things are worded).

It similar to applications, you can have two exact pieces of software in functionality but one has a better, cleaner user experience. 90 % of the time the better looking one will be bought over the raw down and dirty one. Even if the better looking one cost more.

I just glad to see someone beat me to the punch and all ready posted my quality concern that is not working correctly. Hopefully it already being work on.

A clean user interface is one of the biggest feature an application can have. Having nice looks is not the same.

I'd also like to say that if you're not using Ken Ray's RevZilla to get to runrev's bug reporting system, you're really missing something. It installs as a runrev plugin and takes the pain out of navigating the quality center.
