I suggest that the forums be reordered.

While it is good to have the announcements at the top, the second forum that people see is this one, which is supposed to be Off-Topic. It seems to me that we would want this off-topic forum down toward the bottom of the list (perhaps in an Other category) so that it isn't one of the first forums people see.

I have noticed there are some posts on here that seem rather on-topic, and would be better in the Getting Started forums which don't appear until several forums down. Moving this forum would encourage people to post their on-topic questions in appropriate forum.

It also seems that Feature Requests belongs someplace after the Getting Started forums, since it is more of an "advanced" topic. Not sure where User Groups and Meetings should go, but maybe toward the bottom as well, although I guess it would be ok as the second one.

I think the ideal order would be:

General
Announcements
(User Groups and Gatherings)

Getting Started
Getting started with Revolution Media
Getting started with Revolution Studio (and Enterprise!)

... rest as they currently appear

Other
Off-Topic
Feature Requests
User Groups and Gatherings
