I get this when I upload to iTunes Connect.

"Missing Push Notification Entitlement - Your app appears to register with the Apple Push Notification service"

I can't find that enabled anywhere... where should I look?

What you see is a warning and can be safely ignored now, see http://quality.livecode.com/show_bug.cgi?id=10914
