Different behavior between the simulator and the real iphone

The problem concerns the different behavior between the simulator and the test on the device, while the iPhone simulator works with problems and not always behave in a consistent manner.
The problem is this: I have two tables a of customer and an to card of animals, use sqllite database. When I move from card of customer to card of animals, the program passes the client code to the board animals and me correctly displays the animal. The software expects to return back to the customer and also in this case step the customer code and do a search by code.
In both the test code that Live in the simulator everything works fine, but if I run iphone completed, there are problems sometimes the customer card remains white
