How often have you said "I wish LiveCode could do x"?

Introducing the LiveCode Feature Exchange. A new way of regularly, rapidly and sustainably adding the features you want. It's a simple idea: we’ll post small, well defined development projects up for funding. If it gets funded, we build it for you. Everything that gets funded through our public Feature Exchange will go into all editions of the platform. So if everyone else in the community wants "x" too - it will happen!

Why do you choose just 6 days for founding the features?
It's a very short time!
In my humble opinion should be not time ending.
The feature should be added when the found rising reach its goal.
You could put the value donated near each name, so we can double check that you are correct in calculating the sum.

How about seggesting features for feature exchange? Cross platform multi channel low latency sound support would be a good one... And long due too.

Yes! And support for recent audio formats, too.

Hmm I now see that kickstarter had it as one of the stretch goals that were met...
Reworked Multimedia Support: £441,000

Multi-channel sound on the platforms that don't yet have it. Upgraded Player control using latest native video libraries on all platforms (Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android). Sound recording cross-platform - 'record sound' on mobile as well as desktop.

Sooo whats the status of this? Low latency is especially important for game and interactive stuff..
