A doctoral student at King's College, London, who wishes to perform a very large number
of what are termed co-occurrence analyses of texts relating to their field of study has asked
me to write a program to analyse texts in this way.

It turns out that the student only has access to extremely expensive
commercial software to perform these analyses.

This is, actually, a comparatively simple exercise, and one that LiveCode is well suited to.

Re: Academic Use Case #2
While nothing either 'profound' or advanced in terms of programming was involved, this has enabled
this student to perform their data mining at a minimal cost, and as they were able to supply me with
a series of hand-drawn pictures & notes re desired functionality, have got exactly what they want.
