The Curse of the Custom props

As LiveCode is Object-based one can assign Custom Properties to Controls: however kids find this difficult to understand.

This stack is a variation on the extremely corny old Pelmanism game that leverages custom properties: each of the “fruit cards” has a custom property assigned to it called (possibly rather unimaginatively) ‘FRUIT’ that is used to identify what is on the fruit card’s “face” for matching.

This is the first time I have experimented with blendLevel in a serious way (to "hide" the fruit cards).

Well thats a coincidence, I was just experimenting with blendLevel myself to get different glass effects,

but was only exploring the properties card part of it, thanks for reminding me of the code half :)

Obviously blendlevel has been much neglected and now its time has come,
with Thee and Me as the "Prophets of blendLevel."

Here's a photograph of the 2 of us, but as both our blendLevels are set at 100% we are invisible. :D
