Capturing Stack

Hello Everyone,

I am working on a writing software for special education kids. I want to be able to record or capture everything that is happening on their STACK while they are working. Does anyone know of a stack that does that ?

I found the " import snapshot" command which could work but would end up creating hundreds of images.

Any ideas ?
