I wanted Gedit to be able to highlight Livecode syntax so I copied the PHP langauge file and then sort of pieced together some Livecode things into it. Mainly this is for when I work on livecode server files
if anyone wants to look this over and make any additions/corrections, please feel free:

..or am I the only person who uses Gedit..

Re: Langauge File for Gedit
I use LiveCode's editor for object scripts, but Gedit for everything else - including LiveCode Builder widgets - thanks!
BTW, I grew up in central CA, and spent a lot of time hiking in the Sierras. Nice to meet one of my homies here.

Re: Langauge File for Gedit
Glad to hear there is another Gedit user out there.
I updated the lang file just now to include <?rev as a codeblock. I started playing with revigniter and realized I needed to update.
We enjoy living up here in the foothills, despite the drought, long winding roads just to go to the store, and the many many coyotes...
