Dear friends,
I need to drive 128 I/O board via serial or Usb and need to pilot it with livecode app under linux ubuntu....
Do you know some boards low cost with I/O 128 bit????? serial or usb??? better serial....beacause i think again that usb is still not supported by livecode.....
Do you know some stacks under livecode linux ubuntu examples to drive these boards???

Not sure about the 128 bits or Linux but:

They claim it works with LC.
If you do get a board please write back and tell us if phidgets do actually work with LC.

EDIT: I see that it only works with the "Interface Kit" but from there you can do a lot. 8 digital input, 8 digital outputs and 8 analogue inputs.

I thank You Simon for your advise... but those board are too expensive for me...and i cannot buy......so my idea is to use an mcp 23017 and drive it via serial...via livecode....ok thanks a lot...
