Black window background flash with datagrid

Has anyone experienced a black window background flash when the window is maximized or resized and the window has a datagrid with data? When the datagrid doesn't have data, it doesn't seem to occur. But, even if the datagrid has only 1 row, it still seems to occur. There are no errors but it is really annoying.
