Creating a Mobile Store

Hello. I am looking into creating a store for an Android and iOS mobile app. I was looking at the service provided by LevelUp Payment System. http://www.thelevelup.com
I looked through their documentation and their API and it looks like it would be really interesting to figure out how to integrate it with Livecode. I have no experience in creating in depth API's with third party tools like this, but I was wondering if someone with experience could tell me how I would be able to create an API like this and point me in the right direction.
