I am looking for a programmer who wants to maintain and further develop LC applications for me. At the moment there is a problem with "url using bad/illegal format or missing url."

Your posting seems to contradict itself in a way:

To me at least, would seem to suggest a fairly long-term arrangement.

Would seem to indicate you are needing a quick fix for a single problem.

If you could explain about what you are looking for a bit better you might get more replies than my single one
after 24 days.

I would say the OP wants a relationship, and also has an immediate issue.

Hard to say. I contacted him but have had no reply in the six weeks since this post.

In addtion, that isn't a valid LiveCode error message, so if this is legit that message is coming from the user's code.
