They are not fake insofar as there is a real website.

The words that "hit" me were:

Blockchain (buzzword of the mo') and Bitcoin (ouch).

"PangeaPrime and PangeaVerse are two parts of a very important system and work together to form a nearly impentrable end-to-end encrypted tunnel. PangeaVerse is the server-side blockchain and PangeaPrime is the custom front end system the client uses for day-to-day transactions and processing. Your project fee includes the creation and use of both - it is not extra."

Well, count me out.

If i understand correctly,
I think you do. 8)

The BIG QUESTION is, of course, where does LiveCode come into this?

Probably, they are using LiveCode to create their mobile apps.

No... I screwed up our email server - lol.

Email me at mike at world-class-multimedia dot com for now.

I'll sort it out after i'm done with these projects.

It has to do with Netplan and Ubuntu 18.04 - cpanel does not work with Ubuntu and webmin/virtualmin is not ready yet for Netplan and no other cpanel-like Ubuntu app works yet. We are dead in the water.

Netplan should never have been released like this and we CANNOT go back to v16 or before at this point.

Sorry for the email server going down.

I am emailing everyone who inquired the NDA form this weekend.

Anyone else that want to be on our list, please send your info to mike at world-class-multimedia dot com. We need a total of 20 LiveCode coders (and a few javascript / node.js coders as well) and the projects are coming, so we need you all ASAP!

Mike

No, we are NOT fake at all. We are dead serious. We have NOTHING to do with Bitcoin at all. In fact, we have nothing to do with Ethereum, Ripple, etc ad infinitum ... We are our own 100% custom blockchain.

We have some very big projects to take care of and all will be revealed after anyone interested signs our NDA agreements.

Suffice to say, we are a blockchain for BUSINESS company, and while our custom blockchain can 'do' crypto-currency, we are more about closed-source, business use-case blockchains.

Not quite. Livecode is being used for front-end apps, but not necessarily mobile - depends on the client needs.

The blockchain is separate and on our linux servers. We are NOT a fork of any existing blockchain. Ours was written custom from the ground up.

Not at all.

Eventually, we will have Enterprise class DS3 lines and will (possibly) sell hosting space, cloud space, etc. However, that is all in the near future. We just created the site quickly even though those particular services are not available yet.

One last thing, I have an immediate request for a programmer with both livecode and javascript / node.js knowledge. If you can assist me and know both LiveCode and Javascript / Node.js, please email me ASAP at mike at world-class-multimedia dot com.

This IS for pay. You will also have to sign a NDA and non-compete form as well.

One last thing: it would have been a lot easier for people
to understand a few things had you explained what
you have now explained right at the start.

I was not at liberty at the start. I appreciate the feedback and comments.

Looks like Blockchain Technology is a turning into a versatile tool for general use:

NetPlan does indeed work with ubuntu 18.04. There's no nice gui front end to it that I know of, and that may be where you're thinking the combination of LC and node may well come into play.

No, not really. I like LiveCode and feel it fits nicely with my vision of what we are trying to create, long term.

Anyone that would like to come on board, we will have continuous business for you (when we go 'public'), but you need to sign our NDA forms AND SEND THEM BACK. We've only received two back from at least 10 people who expressed interest.

One person has already been busy coding with us and we WILL have enough work for at least 20 or 30 LiveCode programmers when this gets crazy.

Please feel free to email me (mike at world-class-multimedia dot com) with any questions or concerns.

By the way, due to trademark reasons, we were forced to change our company name. We are now Rubidex. You can see us at rubidex.net (yes, we are temporarily using a self-signed SSL so you may see an error/exception notice - that will go away later today when I take the steps necessary to program a commercial SSL purchased certificate).

true in a certain sense!

We, yes, I am the one Mike is already working with, are developing a highly complex control system for an industrial embossing machine for the actual bitcoins! :D
