Data Grid Helper Install

I am starting to get to grips with Livecode 9 after years as a Pascal user. Naturally things are strange so please excuse this question. I purchased Data Grid Helper and Mobile Native Essentials. I copies the downloaded files to c:\uses\jjbwo\Documents\My Livecode\Plugins\Data Grid Helper and ...\Plugins\Mobile Native Essentials. The Mobile Native Essentials were recognised but the Data Grid Helper was not. According to the documentation I am meant to get an activating dialog displayed.
I have checked Edit, Preferences, Files & Memory, User Extensions and this points at my Extensions path.
What am I doing wrong??
