User Guide not Launching PDF from Resource Center

FYI: When clicking on the button/tab Resources on the menu it takes me to the Rescource Center and straight to the User Guide link to a PDF and link to purchase a hard copy version. On the bottom right is a button "Launch PDF". Clicking on it does not launch the User Guide PDF(nothing happens). However, clicking on the Help Menu and clicking on User Guide launches the PDF User Guide appropriately.
