Finding media to add to your projects

Post by marielle » Mon Apr 10, 2006 3:04 pm

For your projects, don't hesitate to consult the lists of websites where various media (image, sound, movies) can be found on the Adding Media section of the revolution wiki. Special effort was made to locate royalty free resources.

For instance, a list of images with an education theme.

Enjoy.

Hi Marielle,

The first site I had a look at said: free for educational use. Do you also have a section with links to materials that are completely free, not just for educational use, but also for commercial use?

Best,

Sure there is :D
100% free, no condition

(as stated on the page, always check the information on the website, sometimes they change their minds).

Marielle,

Let me ask again. Do you also have a section with links to materials that are completely free, not just for educational use, but also for commercial use? If you have such a section on your site, can you give me the address of the right page to look at?

I repeat my question, because the first site I looked at said: free for educational use. So, it is not 100% free and there are conditions. I have never found a good collection of materials that is completely free for *commercial* use. I'd really appreciate your help.

Best,

Mark

All sites I know are there. As explained, sometimes they change their minds. If the first one is not a good fit, then why not try the second one, then the third one? That's only a very short list to check, compared to a search on google.

I was hoping that your list would save me some time.
