Hello,
i am new on LiveCode and maybe my idea is to complex and LiveCode is not the rigth tool.
I want to create an Movie where i can see my vacation Photos within an movie (mpg4, avi or whatever)
Why an movie ?
Additional i would like to add some sound file underneath my photos.
My target would be Linux and maybe Windows and Mac.
On Android or iOS it migth be not an good idea to have an movie maker, however ...

If you have just photos, you can show the photos and put a music in the backgroud.
For example you put all the photos and a music in a folder and livecode do all.
If you need to create a movie, just record the desktop when playing the livecode program.

in other words, you cannot create a movie from within LC with its build-in means!

You could, if you really wanted, assemble a slideshow that
flicked its way through individual frames at, say, 25 cards
per second to give the impression of a movie.
You would, however, end up with a monster-size stack.
