Livecode Next release : Any fixed date ?

Hi,
Just wondering :
Does the LC Team fixes certain dates to release each versions they build, ie next Version 9.xx ?
Or they have some Calendar alergy...or they are based on the amount of Can Beer to recycle...or else ?

Re: Create new Local ID or Retreive 1 from Online DB ?

The external ID is for you, e.g. a client number. The client number is stored in only one table in the database, By "Coding to emulate" here , I mean that there must be a script used at some time to "fabricate" a client ID that is a litle more smarter than just just starting with : - 1rst Client ad...

hmm, not sure I understood where you´d want me to move the colorizer to ...it has been in the IDE plugins´ folder always.

Re: A darker Background editor ! Or more colors to the existing one.

Ok, I guess there is a lil problem here. 1) When I pickup a previouly opened stack - from the recent files. BKGD is loaded in Dark - plugin list includes the colorize stack. 2) when opening a stack by clicking on it - while LC is closed, BKGD is loaded in white + colorized plugin is not listed amont...

Re: A darker Background editor ! Or more colors to the existing one.

HI,

Is there an easy way in LC "to force" the pluggin effect of "revscriptEditorReversoColorizer.zip" to always apply whatever stack you open ?

I noticed that when I open a stack direcly by double clicking on it, the Scriipt editor is back to default "white background"...

Re: SOLVED Grabing a rectangle that has "disapeared" from View.

hmm, I think it would be different in two aspect: 1) its a visual tool, you see tiny "designs" of object, you dont have to read lines... 2) it only includes the graphic or visual components of the stack, not everything it has. i.e. in a stack : all buttons, Svg, squares etc... Its meant for a quick ...

Re: SOLVED Grabing a rectangle that has "disapeared" from View.

Yes, its more like Bogs describes it. Its one of those tiny project browsers that shows you a global and visual representation of all your components in a small windows. ..you usualy have a darker small square that you can move arround. After a selection operation. The small square then displays the...

Re: Sheep Herder

Hi Mat, The making group, unmaking group can be tricky if you dont select well the objects to be "grouped". Re: Grabing a rectangle that has "disapeared" from View.

Tks, it worked !
Cant say which part actually made it work again. I guess the set lockloc to false and retrying loc 0,0 did the job.
Tks..
Would be cool to have some kind of Global Map of object & a Zoom-in zoom-out way easely view "lost" items, nop ?

SOLVED Grabing a rectangle that has "disapeared" from View.

HI, How can one "Grab" or display again a "Group/ed rectangle + widget" that has disapeared from the viewable Zone of my Stack. I tried setting Loc and Top params to 0 so that it is displayed nearby other existing sections..but still. Also maximized the Stack...but nothin. Its not deleted since I ca...

Re: Is there a way to Tilt and resize an SVG Widget by script V / H ?

Thanks guys - I think thats all I needed is the angle +90 ..way to do it.
Its just a visual animation on screen, not a file modification process I needed.

I really start to like LC very much for the simplicity of its language !
so many stuffs can be done in such an easy way :P

Tks 8)
