Release to the stores with RC version

Hi, I wonder how "safe" is it to release an APP to the stores that was built with an RC LC version instead of a Stable Version. Since there are a few RC versions in between the stable ones, some times it would be great to use the RC instead of wait for the stable but I would like to know if there is...

Re: How to deal with "tsneterr: (60) SSl certificate problem..."

Hi, unfortunately the user who reported the problem has left the country and I'll not be able to answer your question.
Is the user able to browse SSL websites from that phone when connected to the corporate network?
Unless another user reports the same problem (hope not...)

Regards and thanks

Re: LC vs Flutter

@bogs & @richmond62 thanks you very much for your broad remarks (much more than what I was expecting).

Is very clear to me now the benefits of LC against Flutter and why it is a better choice.

Regards

p.s.: richmond62, my fault to forget to add the link to Flutter.

LC vs Flutter

I was talking to a friend about the benefits of LC as a multi platform development tool and he challenged me how LC compares with Flutter. As I never considered Flutter I wasn't able to answer and now I'm curious to know if somebody in the forum has done the comparison and would be kind enough to sh...

Re: iOS SDK: the same version as Xcode?

As I understand (and use) you should stay with XCode 10.1

Re: How to deal with "tsneterr: (60) SSl certificate problem..."

Hi Charles, Is this issue something you have only seen on Android devices by any chance? actually the issue was detected on an iPhone X. Not sure if it has something to do with the problem but I should mention that the problem is happening in Dubai. There is just one user of the App there. Everythin...

Re: Missing Info.plist key - NSLocationAlwaysUsageDescription

Today I got the following from Apple Missing Purpose String in Info.plist File - Your app's code references one or more APIs that access sensitive user data. The app's Info.plist file should contain a NSLocationAlwaysUsageDescription key with a user-facing purpose string explaining clearly and compl...

Re: How to deal with "tsneterr: (60) SSl certificate problem..."

Hi Richard many thanks for taking your time to help.
Does Firefox give any warning when attempting the same URL?
Not sure I understand your point as there is no URL involved, as I said I'm using just the LC dropbox library.

Re: How to deal with "tsneterr: (60) SSl certificate problem..."

Answering to FourthWorld comment: Who authorizes the cert? No idea....I'm just using a "plain" dropboxUpload call which works OK on most Wifi networks but one dropboxUpload pAccessToken, pPathFrom, pMode, pAutorename, pMute, tData if the result is not empty then answer the result end if

Re: LiveCloud

@bwmilby, regarding your clarification
... you can push an app to your iOS device for free, but it only works for a week at a time.
If I'm not mistaken this is not the case if you use Apple Configurator 2 to load the App into the target device. I guess there is no time limit with such approach.

How to deal with "tsneterr: (60) SSl certificate problem..."

Just on some wifi networks users are getting the error below tsneterr.jpeg when submitting a Dropbox upload transaction. tsNetSetTimeouts is set as tsNetSetTimeouts 30, 0, 300000, 60000, 5, 1000 Same user/app when connected to another wifi works OK. I suspect it has to do with the network configurat...

Hi all, having problems (again) with mobileComposeMail and Android 9.0 The same App (built with LC 9.3) that works fine on devices with Android 6.0 and up fails on a Huawei P10 mate Pro running Android 9.0. Re: textEncode and Google Forms

Just to expand on the solution and make it more generic (meaning accepting any language) it I found out ( https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/Accept-Language ) that replacing get IT & "Accept-Language: fr-FR" & CRLF get IT & "Content-Language: fr-FR" & CRLF by get IT & "Accept-...
