Re: ITMS-90163 Invalid Code Signing Entitlements

Hi I guess this is related to the Internal App ID not matching the Profile in the iOS standalone settings. This could be because for instance your Profile is for development and you are trying to upload to deploy on the App Store. I'd suggest you double check both fields to be coherent. Hope it help...

Re: Firebase notifications "tied" to one App

I'm confused as where exactly do you add this code: insert the script of button "pnt" into front wait 1 second with messages I have tried 4 options: 1 - on the main preOpenStack 2 - on the main openStack 3 - on openStack of the card where button "pnt" is located 4 - on openC...

Re: Firebase notifications "tied" to one App

Thanks again sphere: ...on one app which works OK with FCM i have the pushregister stuff in a hidden button"pnt" on the first card which i use as a splash... I guess this is it, that will somehow explain why it works if I have nothing inside on openStack This returned fcm string... I'm assuming you ...

Re: Firebase notifications "tied" to one App

Thanks sphere Have to check with the console when have time tonight. Looking forward for your findings... But as far as i know the push ID is connected to the project you have in Firebase console. This is also how I see it as Firebase only allows to select from projects that were created in the Goog...

Firebase notifications "tied" to one App

Hi all, help needed with the following: In order to learn about Push Notifications I successfully followed the lesson on the subject (http://lessons.livecode.com/m/4069/l/59312-how-do-i-use-push-notifications-with-android) and was able to register to Firebase with the basic App. Once everything was ...

Re: How to add Banner at bottom of image

Hi Tom, I have an app that does what you want (picture with banner) and works on both iOS and Android. I'm able to share the image through email, text, etc (never tried PDF). I'm using basically the approach pointed out by @mrcoollion (group all the pieces together and then export the group). Maybe ...

Lost with IDs, Certificates & Profiles...

Before I jump out the window may be someone will be kind enough to help me. I'm completely lost as what should I do in ...

Re: mobilePickPhoto no select button on the preview picture

Thanks Sam.

Downgrading to LC 8.0 or 9.0 may make the App loose some important functionalities for all phones/brands and could be worst than the original problem...

Hi LC are you listening? Can you fix it? The problem was reported for the first time in October last year.

Best!

Re: Reading Push Notifications

Thanks again Mikey... One other thing to remember, because sooner or later this will bite you: On iOS, the pushID of the device WILL change periodically ... Great hint, I'd never had guessed it. Starting with your P.S., I don't know the mechanics of it. It might be that LC can't do anything more tha...

Re: mobilePickPhoto no select button on the preview picture

Hi Saman, were you able to fix this? How?

I'm facing exactly the same problem with an App generated with LC 9.0.4 on a Samsung 6j running Android 9.0.

Help needed!

Thanks

Re: Reading Push Notifications

Hi Mikey, many thanks for your useful answer. Still confused about a few things: 1. Correct. Use iphoneNotificationBadgeValue() to determine if you have an unhandled push notification (of course when you push, you would need to set the value, then, too). I can easily check if the Badge > 0 but I don...

Reading Push Notifications

Hi, after several tries I got Push Notifications working on both Android & iOS but I have some doubts / questions regarding the behaviour on both platforms which I'm not sure if it is: to be expected a bug an undocumented difference between the platforms my lack of knowledge My App is just one comma...

Re: MobilpickPhoto is suddenly failing.

David, have you tried with LC 9.0.4 instead of 9.5.0? I mean 9.5.0 is in Development Preview while 9.0.4 is Stable... Also I'd like to mention that I had several problems with mobilePickPhoto but most of them where in Android, one of the them ( https://quality.livecode.com/show_bug.cgi?id=22055 ) ha...
