Re: Local Notification Configuration
Just a guess as I only have it working on Android and no iOS experience, but is the future notification time being calculated the same on iOS as Android i.e. is your conversion of future date/time to seconds giving the same answer on both platforms in LC?

Re: Android native scroller woes
All the scrollers I have created have had larger contentrect than the scroller rect [length or width]. I've always thought the idea was the scroller rect is a smaller area of a larger contentrect area - like looking through a car window driving on a road. The contentrect of the road being much large...

Re: 1001 Things to do with LiveCode
Thanks for http://LiveCode1001.blogspot.com 133 workers and 70 members of the public were killed in UK workplace-related accidents last year. They are talking about fining companies in the UK £20m per workplace death. Yet even companies the size of Asda-and-the-like fail to train staff in Health & S...

Re: Android native scroller woes
Yes, I do. But the sample stack that's given in the example works. I also locked the size/position of the group. I have been unable to get a scroller to work on android with fullscreenmode set. Dear Runrev, I'd love to see an example that allows a native scroller and fullscreenmode exactfit or any ...

Do you have set the fullscreenmode to "ExactFit" in your stack script?

In the UK, Companies like Jaguar Landrover use CAD systems like Enovia http://www.3ds.com/products-services/enovia/ and have schemes like http://www.jaguarlandrovercareers.com/j ... /graduate/ they create 3D concept/physical models, use photoshop etc for product brochures.

Re: 1001 Things to do with LiveCode
Peter, I built a very quick free accident book for business using Livecode. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dm103.newapp&hl=en_GB I had hoped to output to pdf but as its Android I had to settle for exporting screenshots. A lot of the code solutions I found on the Forum/web etc and ...

Re: mobilecontrol player on Android
It is getting confusing knowing what does/doesn't work in LC7.
your issue sounds similar to issue in: http://forums.livecode.com/viewtopic.php?f=49&t=21405

Would be interesting to know whether http://mobgui.com/doc.php?docId=20 works on LC 7 as this uses the native android player.

Re: Custom Mobile Scroller
Have you been able to combine Livecode 7, a scroller (LC/or Mobgui, other) and set the fullscreenmode - any mode - that works successfully?
I simply... [laugh]..want a scroller that resizes with a fullscreenmode - ideally exactFit - and works portrait/landscape.

Re: Is MobGui still alive and does it work with Livecode v7
I am using it and find it a bit problematic with 7 & Mobgui with Windows and for Android. So 4 lots of problems all at once. Actually I find that aspects of standard Livecode now seem more problematic than Mobgui. One recent problem I had was the new version of Mobgui I was using downloaded via LC s...
