Re: Does the "Option Menu" button work in Android environmen
Klaus, Maybe you should move this over to "Android Development" since it has been posted for several days and there has been no response (all though all beginners should be aware of this, before they get deep into an iPad development app): "How do I make my app fill iPad 12.9 Retina display?" Thanks...

Does the "Option Menu" button work in Android environment?
I am using LC 8.1.1.
When I try a Option Menu button in android, it does nothing.
Has anybody else had success in this area?
Thanks,
David

Fill iPad 12.9 Retina display?- Solved LC release 8.1.3-rc-1
My stack size is 768 x1024. I am using the following script: set the fullscreenmode of stack "IOS_7_25_2016" to "exactFit" But, it fills only half the iPad 12.9 Retina display. I thought that the "fullscreenmode" would fill any device screen. How does anybody satisfy the Apple iPad requirement below...

Re: mobilePlaySoundOnChannel is crashing Android app
Panos,
I just got finished adding my email to yours on the "Bug Report" and commented on the need to correct this bug to produce quality Android apps.
I would encourage others to do the same.
Thanks,
David

mobilePlaySoundOnChannel is crashing Android app - LC Fixed
I am running on Mac Pro, OS X 10.7 (I have updated all my android SDK files) and I am running LC 8.1.RC-2. I have installed almost all the Android SDK files. The following scrip works great in IOS environment, but it causes crashes in the Android environment: In the LC standalone setup for the Andro...

Re: "There was a problem parsing the pack" - Updated
Jacque,
I have no "parsing" issue, if I build a standalone for minimum Android 2.3.3 or Android 4.0.
Most anything else does not seem to work.
Thanks for your help,
David

Re: "There was a problem parsing the pack" - Updated
Jacque, I believe I resolved the "parsing" issue by changing the minimum build level to 2.3.3. I thought that LC 8 had to have at least a 4.0. I hope this is the actual cause. It still crashes when I touch a button, like you said "that is most likely a scripting issue" Could the 2.3.3 cause the scri...

Re: "There was a problem parsing the pack" - Updated
Jacque, I hate to be such a bother, but my "parsing" problem is back. So i made a new simple stack of just 1 jpeg and saved a stand alone per attachment, drop boxed it to an Android and still have the "parsing" problem. There are no controls or script in it. Don't give up on me yet. I have to leave ...

Re: "There was a problem parsing the pack" - Updated
Jacque, I am no longer getting the "parsing" message and the app opens in the Android environment, but does random things after I touch the 1st button and crashes (again runs fine in the IOS environment), like it has not been complied properly to an apk file, or corrupted. I used the dropbox and gma...

"There was a problem parsing the pack" - Solved
I am getting "There was a problem parsing the pack", when I try to install an app on android devices. Also, it does not run in the Mac Android simulator. I am running on Mac Pro, OS X 10.7 (I have updated all my android SDK files) and I am running LC 8.1.RC-2. I have searched for old posts on this, ...

Upload App Store get "Missing Beta Entitlement"- Solved
What do I need to do to resolve "Missing Beta Entitlement" warning on my upload?
I went back to my profile and added "Push Notifications", but I still get the warning.
Thanks,
David

What is the recommended Android API level for LC 8.1-Solved
I have searched several documents, but I have not found the recommended Android API level and simulator device for LC 8.1 , running on Mac Pro, OS X 10.7 (I have updated all my android SDK files). While I did not have any problem using the Android simulator with LC7, I have not been able to get one ...
