Re: Livecode Server and DO

"call" is still working so what's about "security reasons"... ? We can't handle socket to make server in LiveCode server because "security reasons", now we can't use "do"... Re: Livecode Server and https

Hi,
Thanks for the nice answer. Now, I get this error :

file "C:\Users\Jean-Marc\Desktop\UniServerZ\www\test.lc"
row 2, col 1: Handler: can't find handler (libURLSetSSLVerification)

May be "libURLSetSSLVerification" isn't available on LiveCodeServer... or I need to start a library first... ?

Livecode Server and DO

Hi
Is there a bug or a limitation on LivecodeServer (Linux) ?
"do" does nothing on Linux (but works on Windows and OSX).
I had to remake everything using "call"... and use global variables to return the results... :-/

jihem

Re: Community Server?

To run any LC standalone facelessly, just pass -ui in the command line. Beyond that it's all pretty much like any other CGI work, getting args from $1, $2, etc. and handling those however your app needs. Have you done a standalone on raspberry pi?
