Swipe for pictures?

Hello,
I want to build an App where the user can swipe trough taken pictures in a row (not full screen) and only one picture should shown at once. The App also needs to know which picture is shown right now.

Can anybody give me a code example for something like this?

Re: Auto-Resize?

Thank you both :) What is the difference between a custom resizeStack handler and altMobileResizer (http://www.gadgetplugins.com/altplugins/altMobileResizer.rev)? If I would write a resizeStack handler, it should get the values of the objects on the card and recalculate the percentage-values to get ...

Re: Auto-Resize?

No, thats not geometrically correct or with borders. Both is not acceptable for professional products. The App have to look great on every device. Not stretched, no borders or something else :)

Is there no other way?

Ok, does this works on both platforms? Android and iOS?

Are there any code examples how to fill and use the native-scroller?

Auto-Resize?

Hi there, I used LiveCode awhile ago.. so I've to ask: Is it possible now to build an App an LiveCode will resize it automatically but with correct geometry to the different screen-resolutions? I used a tool in the past called altMobileResize or something like that, this was slow but it works. It wo...

Re: App with multi-user-database?

Ok, so there's no direct-way to use something like a MySQL for every client without server-side coded software? I'm looking "just" for a way to store data in a server-based database. The server itself doesn't need to do anything - just store the data and every client should use it at the same time :D

is it possible in LiveCode to build a client App that connects to a server-database, so that multiple users can read/write to that database in a good speed?

I think there's no help at all... I've got the same problem since... yeah.. since mobGui changed the way it works for LC7.

Check all objects on a stack/card?

Hi there, I want to write a script, which resizes all of my objects on a card/stack. So I want to know: Is there a way to request LiveCode what objects are on the current card/stack? If yes, I could write a universal-resize-code and don't have to edit it for every object again and again :) Thank you...

Hi there, I just wanna give LiveCode another try to resolve the following issue: I want to show a rectangle (in this case maybe a horizontal slider?) filled with pictures given from a folder (dynamically filled by the user) side by side, but the user can only see one at the same time and needs to sw...

Hello,
what is the best way to put animation in an App in LiveCode?

What I mean is something like that http://www.paintcodeapp.com, in section "Variables & Expressions", the roboter-arm such as.
