Mac 10.11.5 and LC 8.01: answer folder "Please choose a folder" presents a dialog with the option of choosing a folder, but does not show the string "Please choose a folder" anywhere. Have tried the as sheet option, but no difference. Seems to work as expected in Windows 7 and 10, so is there perhap...

I have been using LC and RunRev for years, and I was initially excited about the prospect of leveraging my admittedly limited knowledge of LC scripting for mobile use. Here we are in 2015, but I regret that just about anything I've needed that is, well, phone-specific (it IS after all a cell phone!)...

However, the Symbian OS was an example of an operating system that had an elaborate licensing system in place. In theory it was a good idea, but in practice it just punished legitimate users, who, for example, might want to switch phones without having to contact the developer for a new certificate.

While I would be thrilled if LC did support varied phone-specific functions, I get the impression that the company is first trying to provide a subset of functions which are applicable to both desktop and phone operating systems. To that end, I suppose the inclusion of the ability to run HTML5 funct...

How about the ability to react to notifications from other apps?

I guess the answer is "No" at the present time?

Google has recently made it more difficult for 3rd party apps to answer and end calls, and I wondered if any of LC's functions are involved in the telephony area of Android devices.

@MaxV, to be honest, I am confused a bit by the organization of the Android file system, the "emulated" shadow file system, etc. I probably should read up on it myself before I go making any further suggestions.
