Re: [QUERY] QNX OR Blackberry

shaosean:

Forgive my ignorance here, but QNX is available as a free evaluation/non commerical licence. I didn't think one needed access to the source to port a language like LiveCode to the platform.

Maybe our good hosts can enlighten me ?

[QUERY] QNX OR Blackberry

Is there a port of LiveCode planned for QNX and / or Blackberry in the forseeable future?

It would be nice for us embedded folk ;-)

How to set up a substack from 2 mainstacks

I have 2 debugged stacks (both mainstacks at present).

How do I set these up so that one is a substack of the other (at runtime); and they display their respective first cards?

I have been trying a few things but no good so far .....

Thanks.

Thanks for the help. You wre correct. I removed the restriction on the thumbSize and it all fell into place. It seems that LiveCode didn't like to be restricted so I removed it.

The scrollbar now scrolls in line increments of 1 !

Thanks again ! :)

[ SOLVED] Strange behaviour with Scrollbars

I am new to LiveCode and wanted to try out Zoom & Pan with a test application. I have tried to use scrollbars and have come up with some curious results. I don't know if it is me or what, but here goes.... I've attached a stripped-down app comprising a scroll bar (one axis of pan) and a zoom (using ...

Arrays - accessing & indexing numerically

I have been reading widely about this but, as yet, have been unable to identify a solution. I have referred to all documentation I can find, including the User Guide, Dictionary, lessons, tutorials etc. My question is: If a have two sets of data which are related by a key (index) which has a numeric...

Conversion from MS Powerpoint

Forgive the silly (newbie) question but............... I am bowled over by the power and flexibility of Revolution products. A friend of mine suggested I study them to see if I should convert to Rev for my industry presentations. My problem is that I have a large number of MS Powerpoint presentation...
