Re: Installing apps for testing on iOS 8
Well, I figured out my problem.... Just thought some of you might not know, or maybe I'm the last one... I used a app to get the UDID of my devices... As of iOS 8, you can no longer get the UDID this way. Using iTunes, I got the correct UDID, updated my provisioning profiles and then my test app ins...

Installing apps for testing on iOS 8
I've submitted a very simple app to Apple for inclusion on the app store. Created for a client, it has a few texts fields for the user to fill in, then hit a submit button, which passed the info to an LC server script which then sends the message. Works perfectly in the simulator. Ran many tests and...

Re: Signature Block
Hi again,
I'm not getting something correct. The code doesn't work on an image. It's just to write their name as an acknowledgement of service.
Do you have a sample routine you could share? Thanks

Re: Signature Block
I believe that answers my question. Its a app for work orders. The client is required to sign the order.
Thanks!
Rob
Thanks!

Signature Block
I've reviewed the posts about drawing lines, however it seems it works anywhere on the card.
I'm trying to create a signature block where someone can sign but it is constrained in a defined area.
Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi. I had done that already. I got it to compile once, and when I tried to upload to Apple, it said I was missing a code signing cert. But I couldn't compile again after that.

I'm having the same problem!
Deleted, regenerated, downloaded, and installed new certs, profile, etc. Still getting same error.
Any fixes?

Re: Unknown deployment platform
I've downloaded 6.6.4 to OS X Yosemite GM. LC still does not recognize Xcode 6. Options are still grayed out.
In the release notes, it is indicated 6.6.4 supports Xcode 6 on only OS X 10.9 Mavericks. (I thought Xcode 6 only runs on Yosemite?)
I hope this gets fixed soon...

Scanning into a stack
I have a membership database project where I need to scan documents into a "member's" record. Is there an extension, or has anyone incorporated scanning a document into a livecode app? I understand I can launch the scanning app from my app, but is there a way to have it saved in a record? Thanks in ...
