Re: Not many people know this.

Hello Richmond, Can I politely ask you not to post items that are only relevant to the openxtalk project in the LiveCode forum? Its extremely confusing especially for beginners. Openxtalk posts belong in the openxtalk forum, LiveCode posts belong here. I will indeed, as someone suggested, be taking ...

Re: An event trigger when data is added to a field

Greetings all, Just to clarify why this is the way it is, the word from Mark Waddingham is that a general mechanism to do this would really slow things down because it would trigger a message every time any text was changed in any field. However he does think that a field property could be created t...

Dear Trevix, If you are getting errors with 9.6.10 rc-1 when trying to build for Android, do make sure you have API 33 installed AND the correct build tools to match. If you still have a problem with it please contact support. LiveCode 10 dp-6 is imminent. Mariasole... if only :). I fear us humans h...

Re: Announcing Xavvi, a Great Leap Forward for App Building

Hi James, Our intention is not to leave anyone stranded :) Business licenses continue to be Business licenses. LiveCode 10 and beyond continue to receive updates and appropriate new features. To use the Cloud based features will require a Xavvi license, because, well, they are part of Xavvi and need...

Just to follow up, if you now log in to your account you will see a new "Downloads" tab which is essentially the old downloads page. It's a handy way to get release notes for each release if nothing else. Please remember, this is all downloads. You may not have a license for all of them, check your ...

Re: Dangerous Message !!

Dear all, We are happy that Google have finally reviewed our page again and agreed that it is not dangerous. It took some time, several messages, a lot of work on the part of our Server Admin and a strongly worded email hinting at reparations before this happened, and the page was flagged for severa...
